Thank you for choosing Reis da Quinta Agroturismo. In order to ensure a pleasant and fair experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation and reservation amendment policy. Please read the terms below carefully:

Amendments and Cancellations:

Reservations may be amended or cancelled free of charge within 5 days of the booking date. After this period, no refund will be issued.
Amendments are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
Prepayment:

At the time of booking, a prepayment corresponding to 30% of the total stay amount will be charged. This amount secures your reservation and will be deducted from the total amount upon check-in.
The remaining amount (70%) will be charged at check-in.
Special Events:

For reservations related to special events external to Reis da Quinta, please note that in the event of cancellation due to changes to the event or its organisation, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
No-Show or Early Departure:

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged, with no right to a refund.
